Yesterday me and my (pretend) mother-in-law headed out to Bondi for a round at the markets. After finding nothing to our liking (unbelievable, right?) we stopped by Moo's... Oh dear what a treat. You know what they say - 90% nice, 10% naughty... This was definitely more than 10% but SO worth it.

My morning routine since a few weeks back is getting up early (ier) and heading out to the beach for a walk / run. It has changed my days completely and I feel so awesome and ready to face the world once I've had my post-run-morning-dip. Yes, it's cold. No, I don't care :)

I've started running in the mornings (used to walk) - and today I followed it with a dip @ Bondi. Magical. It was freezing but I felt like a new person sitting in the sand drying in the sun. Can't wait for summer to come back around.
